Who can purchase these programs?
These programs are available exclusively to active members of St Thomas Health Club.
How do I access my program after purchase?
Once your order is processed, the program will appear in your app automatically. Just open the app and it’ll be there when ready.
How long does it take to receive my program?
Programs are manually added by our team. In most cases, you’ll see it in your app within 5 minutes to a few hours. Please allow up to 12 hours during peak times.
Do I need a gym to complete these programs?
Most programs are designed for St. Thomas Health Club members, with most intended for use inside the gym. If you're looking for home-based options we do have multiple options, check the program title or description.
Is this a subscription?
No. All programs are one-time purchases with full access through the app — no recurring fees.
What app do I use?
You’ll access your program through the St Thomas Health Club app, powered by Trainerize. If you haven’t set it up yet, just ask a staff member at the front desk.
What if I don’t see my program in the app?
If it hasn’t appeared yet, please allow some time — programs are manually added and may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 12 hours to load. If it still hasn’t shown up after that, feel free to contact us at admin@stthomashealthclub.ca and we’ll sort it out right away.
